Refunds & replacements

Food packs cannot be returned once opened. If something arrives damaged, leaked, or is the wrong item, we will make it right.

Tell us within 48 hours of delivery on WhatsApp, with a photo of the pack and the order reference.

We’ll offer a replacement on the next dispatch, or a refund of the pack value (and shipping if the whole order was unusable).

Refunds go back to the original payment method, or as store credit, within 7 working days after we confirm the issue.

Taste preference (“too spicy”) is not a defect. If a flavour is new to your kids, try a small pack first.
