Privacy

We collect only what we need to pack and deliver your snacks: name, mobile number, address, PIN, and what you ordered.

Contact-form messages (name, email, message) are stored so we can reply. We do not sell this information.

Product reviews (display name, star rating, optional comment) are stored so we can moderate and show approved feedback on the shop. Pending reviews are not public. You can ask us to hide or remove a review you submitted via the contact page or WhatsApp.

Orders are confirmed on WhatsApp. Meta/WhatsApp has its own privacy policy for that chat.

Optional Google Analytics is off until you accept cookies. If you choose “Accept analytics,” we collect anonymized page views and shop events (add to cart, checkout, order, share) to improve the store. IP is anonymized; we do not sell this data. You can change your choice anytime via Cookie settings in the footer.

Payment, if you pay a courier cash-on-delivery or a UPI link we send, is handled by that provider — we do not store card numbers.

You can ask us to delete a stored message or unused address by writing to us from the contact page or WhatsApp.
